My wife and I love this game! There are a lot of piece that we keep in small zip locks, but that does not hinder the fun. (Thank you again to Wil Wheaton for Table Top and this game!!!)Your goal (1 – 5 players I believe) is to prevent an “Ancient One” from awakening and destroying the world – with a group of seemingly everyday people that have special abilities to help to gather these symbols and prevent the unforeseen doom that is impending.My wife and I played one game by ourselves, and though we won, we did not play 100% correct – trying to learn the rules and play at the same time – it is not complicated to play, I was just in too much of a hurry to do things right -The second, third and fourth time though, we played it correctly and had so much fun and it was a complete blast to play – we also picked a different character each time that we played to see if we had a favorite, which I still do not have one yet – they all could help in so many waysAll in all the only reason that we stopped playing this game was to eat dinner and take care of a few things around the house before bed – but tonight, we will play Elder Sign again – this is so much fun and it is different each time – I highly recommend this for those who want an enjoyable quest for adventure game night!! This game is definitely a must buy in my opinion.Take the game Clue, add a horror element to it and make it cooperative instead of competitive and you have Elder Sign.
